1. What KinCard is
KinCard provides AI-generated Christmas family portraits from photos you upload. Outputs are AI-generated illustrations / portraits, not real photographs.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If an uploaded photo includes a minor, a parent or legal guardian must confirm consent at checkout.
3. Your photos
- You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and to create a composite portrait from it.
- Original uploads are deleted within 24–48 hours.
- We do not train models on your photos.
- We will not use your family’s faces in advertising without an explicit opt-in.
4. Preview and payment
You review a watermarked, lower-resolution preview before paying. Unlocking HD is a one-time purchase (currently listed at $19). Payment checkout may not be live during early access.
5. Results and re-runs
AI results can vary. Paid orders include a limited number of free re-runs if faces are clearly wrong. Refund requests for quality issues are reviewed case by case.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload images you do not have rights to, create illegal or abusive content, or attempt to bypass watermarking, rate limits, or payment.
